• The Purchaser agrees that any products purchased will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.

• The Purchaser warrants that they will not use, resell, or distribute these products for any purpose other than research.

 

3. Misuse and Indemnification

• Biozentix strictly prohibits the use of its products for any clinical or human application.

• The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Biozentix, its owners, and its affiliates from any and all claims, expenses, losses, or liabilities resulting from the misuse, handling, or unauthorized application of the products purchased.

• Biozentix reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a suspicion of intended misuse or human consumption.

 

4. Compliance with Laws

• The Purchaser is responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the acquisition and use of research chemicals within their jurisdiction.
